At SweetHoney Clothing, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if your items aren't a perfect fit. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
